Q：How about your sample policy ?

A：

Since we're specializing in custom POP, POS display, most of our products are particularlly designed for a customer.

If you ask for a custom sample, we'll charge 3 times of unit price when you confirm sample order, 

and these charge could be refunded to you once your order q'ty up to our MOQ.

If you ask for an existing model and we happen to have that sample in stock, 

we'll charge the equal value to the unit price. If the value is below $45, we'll waive the sample charge.

The international courier charge will be on your account.

Q：Is there any warranty for your goods?
A：

Yes, we have 1 Year Limited Warranty for all our shipment. Please find our warranty policy below.

Conan-services Co., Ltd. warrants this product against defects in material or workmanship as outlined below:

1. For a period of 1 year from the date of shipment from China,we will replace defective parts on the product at no charge. 

Customer is responsible for Shipping and Handling.

2. This limited warranty applies to all components of the product.

3. This limited warranty does not cover damage resulting from accident, misuse, abuse, 

negligence or normal wear. To obtain warranty service you must notify Conan-services Co., Ltd 

by mail of the nature and description of the defect. Please enclose a copy of the original 

commercial invoice, and the unique product sequence number which you can find on the 

nameplate attached with each product. Replacement as provided by the warranty is the

exclusive remedy of the consumer and does not place Responsy Conan-services Co., Ltd. 

liable for any incidental or consequential damages.
